FULL VIEW PLEASE!!! 
I'm very pleased with this one!!
_ I can't believe how much it took me, but I truly like it!! Except for the hair... I just couldn't make it like I wanted it to be, so I left it like this... 
The only bad thing about this is that you can't appreciate all the eye, and lips and other details in this size! So here are the zooms!

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is a fantastic base, as far as I can tell.
You mentioned not liking the hair, and I think that might be fixed somewhat by darkening the shading on the left side, maybe highlighting the right a touch more. The shirt might also be lightened a bit on the right.
As for the skin, (And this is something I struggle with myself,) Don't be afraid to take the darks darker, in conjunction with the depth used on the sweater. Also, keep in mind where your curves fall off (the left side of her neck has flat-ish shading right to the edge.)
All up, A gorgeous job, though. The lips have a lot of character, as does the construction of the neck. As for the hair, like it or not, you've got some fantastic flow to it.
