The original was gigantic so I resized it and will submit some close up details later, 'cause there are some things that are worth to show =D

I hate the BG but there's no way I could do one... I just suck majorly to do backgrounds ^^;

I loooooooove Kuro's face!! :heart: This looks great!! Though I hope they don't pull too hard with those ear chains... I've seen horrific things happen with that shit :XD: The colours are fun and bold; I really like the contrast between Kuro and Fai, especially even in the details, like Fai's flowy, translucent cape thingie and Kuro's heavy jewels and belt =D

WOW! This is gorgeous! I loved the detail in Kurogane & Fai's eyes, just stunning~ *is a sucker for little details*
Your coloring has left me with my mouth agape. The proportions may still need a bit of more tweaking, but the composition as a whole is just stunning!

I wanted to make a contrasted picture from the theme to the colors, since Fai is so white and blond and wears light colors (and he represents water and air here, that's why he has a crane in his tunic), and Kurogane is black haired and has dark skin, and is dressed usually in dark colors (he represents fire, so I made a Chinese Dragon on his tunic).

Don't worry about the chain ;P They can take it off anytime! =D

I'm a sucker for details too, that's why I made it really big, so I could paint thin small lines for lights and stuff :XD: And I submitted the zooms 'cause it was hard work and I wanted them to be appreciated! =D

I love couples that balance each other like Yin and Yang. That's why I like Fai and Kuro, Watanuki and Domeki, Kamui and Fuuma... Heero and Duo, of course ^^;

Oh whew! I just remember there was this girl I knew who had one of those chains that went from her eyebrow to her ear and she was at a club and someone pulled on it and ripped her eyebrow ring out of her face and yeah >_>

I like that balance in couple too! =D Even if it's not only physical, but about personality ^^ (and I speak for my OCs when I say that :XD: ^^; )


Oh my, that's awful! >___< I have a lip piercing, and even if it's not as easy to entangle as a chain, I'm always afraid of something like that happening to me and tearing my lip apart!

Definitely! I hate it when people jsut randomly toss characters together just because they look good or because they stood in a scene together. There's more to it than that, darnit! Especially with the yaoi... it gives us legit fangirls a bad name T__T

I don't have any piercings. I want some, but I'm afraid of not taking good care of them and getting infected because I'm a giant germaphobe :XD:

I agree! Specially lately that Yaoi seems to me quite popular ^^; I just love deep emotionally attached characters, even if they don't express the bond in words, like it happens with Kurogane and Fai ^^


Oh, don't worry about that! =D I have 2, one in the middle of the lower lip and another one in my nose :) I'm a huge fan of piercings and I can tell you that it's quite hard to get them infected... ;P

I like it better that way. Sometimes the things that are written to be yaoi or BL are kind of boring to me because it's the same old thing again and again. I like it more when it's implicated that there's something there like with Kuro and Fai... Well, CLAMP is really good at doing that, aren't they =D

Okay O__O Because I once saw some chick with like that crusty gunk around the hole and it terrified me ^^;

Yeah, CLAMP sure is good at it... =D My favorite Yaoi stories are mostly complicated and develop the characters a lot, like Love Mode, Haru wo daiteita, Let Dai, Loveless (well, is not yaoi but anyway ^^; )... And I have tons more but I can't think of another one right now ^^;
